Strong Mathematical Aptitude: Fundamental for effective data analysis and model construction.

Effective Communication: Excellent command of English in both written and oral forms, necessary for clear documentation and communication of findings.
Analytical Documentation: Ability to clearly document analytical processes, model findings, and maintain simplicity in explanations for ease of understanding.
Learning and Adaptability: Eager to learn new skills and technologies, and capable of adapting to new challenges and solutions in analytics.
Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team and under senior supervision.
Work Ethic: Committed to working under tight deadlines and willing to extend efforts to meet project demands.
Data Management: Skilled in managing, cleaning, and preparing large datasets for analysis.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in using programming languages like Python or R for automating tasks and enhancing analytical processes.
Microsoft PowerPoint & Story Telling skills are essential.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.
Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a significant advantage.
Foundational Industry Knowledge: Exposure to data analytics concepts and practices, with an understanding of basic analytical methodologies.
Prior Experience:
Entry-Level Position: Suitable for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience, preferably with exposure to Market Mix Modelling or similar analytical roles.
Data Analytic Skills: Basic knowledge of data analytics, with any hands-on experience being an advantageous addition.
