Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.

 • Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

 • Create detailed mock ups for new capabilities and features to support development and design efforts.

 • Act as the first point of contact for any clarifications regarding requirements and functionality.

 • Work closely with QA and Developers to ensure a thorough understanding of requirements and to clarify any functional queries.

 • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

 • Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

 • Ensure that all user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) before being accepted into a sprint.

 • Utilize Azure DevOps to manage and track work items, including Epics, Features, and User Stories.

• Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure that the delivered product meets business needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

 • Minimum of 13-18 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile development environment.

 • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.

 • Proficiency in using Azure DevOps or similar tools for managing Agile projects.

 • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.

 • Ability to create detailed mock ups and wireframes.

 • Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including developers and QA.
