Job Summary:
- As a Team Leader (TL) in our Global FICC Transformations Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to manage BAU projects under FICC and Macro Ops.
- We value your experience in Business Analysis & Project Management and your ability to manage stakeholders across various business units, functions, organizations, and geographies.
- If you have subject matter expertise on Derivatives asset class and fixed income products, it's a major plus
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute in medium sized implementation and testing projects
- Participate in multiple global/regional Implementation projects simultaneously
- Create and maintain project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, estimating time and resources, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Front Office/Middle Office/Back Office/Finance and other functional groups
- Collaborate with technology leads to devise implementation strategy/resolve issues
- Work closely with developers to deliver build/track/test JIRA’s
- Resolve escalated Risks, Assumptions and Issues management
- Seek and apply Process Improvements across the project and BAU Processes
- Manage Stakeholder expectations with regular updates on project progress and highlight Risk/dependencies and path to resolution
- Provide project level analysis – producing required project analysis documentation (requirements, scope matrix, use cases, flow diagrams, proposals, UAT plan, migration plan, Runbook etc.)
- Work as a Subject Matter Expert on Derivatives asset class
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree with excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
- Should have experience on working with global teams with hands-on experience of Business Analysis & Project Management tools
- Required expecrience in managing stake holders across business units and functions, organizations and geographies
- Ability to translate ambiguously defined objectives into concrete actions and deliverables and manages their execution
- Strong Business Analytical skills and delivery focus backed with good management, communication, leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Formal training in Project Management, a plus
- Strong Business Analytical skills and delivery focus backed with good management, communication, leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Experience in FX, Derivatives, finance, banking domain, a plus
