About the team:


This team specializes in various domains such as Marketing, Sales, Billing, Security, ITSM, Employee experience etc. They manage complete software development lifecycle, emphasizing collaboration with stakeholders, security, user-centric design, and continuous improvement.


What you will be doing:


As a business analyst, your role involves a combination of analytical, technical, and business skills to help make informed decisions and improve their overall performance. Here are some key responsibilities and activities you might engage in:


  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and document detailed requirements for new or improved systems, processes, or projects.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, or enhance overall performance.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements. Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Project Management: Take on a project management role for business analysis activities. This includes defining project scope, creating timelines, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with proposed solutions or changes and work on developing mitigation strategies to minimize these risks.

What you bring:


  • Relevant experience of 10+ years, preferably in IT Industry
  • Must Know: Azure DevOps, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Office Productivity Tools(MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, presentation and communication), Burndown Charts and Velocity Tracking tools, retrospective tools
  • Good to Know: SSMS, Vision, Pencil, Draw.io, Power BI, SharePoint
  • Agile Methodology: Expertise in iterative development, user story creation, active participation in Agile ceremonies, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally.
