Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services focused on organizational transformation to help clients outlearn and outperform the competition. You will play a crucial role in aiding clients in their journey towards success and growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop strategies for organizational transformation. - Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility and technology innovation. - Provide guidance and support to teams in implementing agile methodologies and practices. - Assess and analyze organizational processes and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational agility and drive innovation. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business agility and technology innovation. - Mentor and coach team members on agile principles and practices. - Contribute to the development and improvement of agile frameworks and methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of agile practices and make recommendations for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Business Technology. - Strong understanding of project management principles and practices. - Experience in leading and managing complex projects and programs. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
