Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility. - Identify and implement agile methodologies and practices to improve efficiency. - Guide and mentor team members on agile principles and practices. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business agility. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and workshops. - Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive business decisions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
