Staff Supervision and Management:

• Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of staff, including waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster a culture of excellence and hospitality among team members.

Operational Management:

• Direct and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Menu Planning and Execution:

• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to plan and execute menus.
• Ensure that all food and beverage standards are met or exceeded.

Customer Engagement:

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
• Enhance the dining experience to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Financial Management:

• Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost reduction and operational improvement.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

Compliance and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food and beverage areas.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
