Role profile:

We are looking for a Techno-functional Manager who will be responsible for overall Governance and Delivery of BSL services across the Business entities. The BSL entity serves as an internal 3rd party company in delivering services that span across Infrastructure & Cloud, Corporate Engineering, Cyber and Operations.


The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder engagement and project management experience in both Technical and Business environment, be able to work and handle various partners at all levels through strong interpersonal and presentation skills.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:


  • Govern and supervise the overall BSL performance with respect to the SLA and connect with appropriate engineering teams to understand and drive resolution of the deviations and anomalies.
  • Provide guidance and expertise to lead all aspects of an SLA maintenance and revision of the same as part of the Annual Review Cycle.
  • Develop and present monthly and quarterly reports to showcase the BSL adherence to the established SLA levels
  • Hold accountability for delivery, leading initiatives with significant complexity, impact and risk for activities associated with.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers, Engineering teams and Customers to ensure the BSL value delivery across all streams
  • Promote and foster collaboration across broad categories of stakeholders (including customers), leading cross-functional meetings and gaining commitments to ensure corrective actions take place if required
  • Align team priorities and activity to the strategic delivery and transformation direction, ensuring prioritization of key initiatives and devising new insights and initiatives to support the organization
  • Assist other TBM team members in reporting and status presentation to senior management
  • Lead BSL service delivery risks and interdependencies, budget variances and change requests

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:


  • 12+ years of proven experience in leading programs, governance and reporting in a financial technology/information service or a similar organization
  • Combine skills in Program management, Governance, Data Analysis with Business insight to deliver as per Business expectations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries and establish relationships with multiple engineering and business teams.
  • Adapt quickly to the changing needs of Business and Customer requirements with respect to BSL delivery and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, collaboration and technical skills.
  • Ability to influence (without direct authority) across multiple Divisions, Businesses and Functions.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in interacting with partners at different levels.
  • Ability to work effectively with 3rd parties, internal teams, and international business units, promoting knowledge sharing within and across teams
  • Demonstrates the discipline of planning, organizing and managing activities to achieve specified outcomes within a clearly defined timeframe and standards.
