Responsibilities Accountability: Scale Gatorade in India and build hydration category. Lead the strategy development to improve penetration of Gatorade Lead communication Development of Gatorade Lead breakthrough activations to bring the brand Gatorade closer to the consumers at the point of sweat Lead cross-functional development, project management & commercialization from insights to in-market for Gatorade Innovation projects Key Metrics and Parameters Faster : Vols Stronger : Key Imagery KPI’s- brand for me, restores what I lose in sweat, helps my hydration needs Better: Strong Pep positive ideas Qualifications Key Capabilities / Competencies: Tier 1 MBA graduate with 4-5 years overall experience in sales/marketing of a FMCG segment. Preferably 2 years of experience in sales and 2-3 years of experience in marketing. 2-3 years of Brand marketing knowledge Strong Activation Expertise Attention to detail & strong project management skills Strong Agility and Resilience Strong collaboration skills to partner with brand leaders and commercial teams Differentiating Competencies Required Strong Understanding of sporting culture in India Focus on fitness
