We are seeking an experienced and strategic Brand Manager to drive the growth and positioning of our personal care portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, consumer insights, and product innovation, with a proven track record in the personal care industry.
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance market share and brand equity.
Lead new product development initiatives, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns, including digital, ATL, and BTL activations.
Conduct market research and consumer insights studies to inform brand strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and supply chain, to ensure seamless product execution.
Manage P&L for assigned brands, optimizing pricing, promotions, and profitability.
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Work closely with creative agencies to develop compelling brand communications and packaging.
6+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in the personal care industry.
MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Hands-on experience in managing 360-degree marketing campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
