1. Hands on experience in Implementing and configuring major OEMs access control software like Honeywell, Bosch and Lenel etc.
2. Basic knowledge in Access Controller & Gate automation devices like Bollard, ATB, Boom barrier, RF Reader, Tyre Killer etc.
3. Knowledge and implementation experience on various Physical Security Solutions like Duress Alarm, UVSS and various access control solutions including Biometric solutions.
4. Basic knowledge on configuring network.
5. Should have good knowledge of Electronic/ Electrical Components and their working.
6. Should have proper understanding of Electronic and electrical tools to be used.
7. Should be able to do Soldering.
8. Should also have knowledge on fault finding in Electronic/ Electrical devices.
9. Giving feedback about the calls attended during the day & submission of daily report to RM.
10. Coordinating with the Vendor / Principle Company for the replacements / repair and spare.
11. Calling OEM for technical help.
12. Maintaining the contact data sheet of client as well as Vendor.
13. Timely submission of bills w.r.t the designated site.
14. Obtaining satisfactory report from the client on closing the service call.
15. Obtaining successful completion certificate from client.
16. Should have knowledge of AC and DC voltages and currents. Should also have the knowledge on the different type of transformers, adaptors and power supplies.
17. Responsible for all the support calls logged in the ERP for their respective clients.
18. Carryout site survey, Project work supervision and Project installation on requirement basis.
19. Experience with ERP software, particularly SAP Business One, is preferred.
