Job Description:Job Purpose/OverviewThis is frontline manager role having a responsibility of managing the channel sales. This is an important role considering this to be the link between the various departments and frontline sales force and customers.Key Responsibilities 1. Channel Management2. Handling a team of ASE and SS.3. Ensuring the organization principles are being followed in the market.4. Responsible for the implementation of organizations' various processes in the market.5. Driving organic and inorganic growth in the market.6. Team development.Context and ScopeThis role is the major link between the organization and the frontline sales team and trade. The major responsibility of this role is to ensure transparency in the organization's communication and it's rolling out. He should be hand on with implementing and establishing the system and processes of the organization and its deliverables. The role would also be helpful in developing people and helping organization develop a knowledge pool for the future.
