Blending Specialist

The Blending Supervisor / Specialist  is responsible for driving blending operations at site ensuring  that Ingredion Safety Procedures and quality systems are follows.

Core Responsibilities:

Procedures / Governance:

• Prepare & implement a procedure for RM Issuance / Process and Process data.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade food and associated products.
• Set up methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units.
• Solve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
• Recommend actions such as hiring and promotions of workers.
• Prepare production and other reports Like BMR, Cleaning records and Log sheets.
• Prepare production planning as per sales forecast.
• Collect the production report from all shift and review, Give proper guideline to all operators.
• Basic knowledge of Blender/Equipment
• HACCP coordinator identify, evaluate, control, and prevent hazards at all stages of the food production process.
• Manage the overall inventory of RM’s / FG / PM and manage the ERP (SAP / SKY) for updating in system on daily basis
• Overall responsibility of establishing a Month End Closing for Blending production line

Training

• Impart training on Safety to new recruits, employees, contractors, contract employees.
• Periodically evaluate Training Effectiveness.
• Maintain updated records for all the Training activities.

Qualified candidates will have:

• B.SC / M.SC / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with experience in Food / Pharma Industry
• 7-10 year Work experience in Pharmaceutical/Food Company
• Relevant Experience in GMP / SAP / ISO / FSSC22000 / HACCP
• English fluency, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills on shop floor, for example Fabricators , Consultant , Contractors.
• Knowledge of MS Office / SAP / Production Report
• Preparing production reports & documents
• Influence in working with different stakeholders within a manufacturing facility within a matrix organization
• Flexible to travel and work at different manufacturing sites within India
