Be an ambassador for the Company.ExperienceProficiency in using BIM software applications such as Autodesk Revit, Auto CAD, Navisworks, ACC & BIM 360.Experience in creating detailed structural models, including beams, columns, walls, slabs, foundations, staircases, and other structural elements.Familiarity with industry standards and codes related to structural design and modeling.Should have sound knowledge of both concrete and structural steelCandidate should be well familiar with the Structural rebar detailing of all the structural elements.Capable of handling live projects independently and coordinating among other disciplines like Architecture, MEP, Facade, etc...Candidate should be aware of the LODs and other BIM-related standardsCompany RoleHave an understanding of our Business plan, mission statement and key challenges.Contribute to the development of company procedures by taking an active role in task groups.Attend team meetings and play an active role in the development of procedures within your team.Review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system.SkillsProficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.Excellent spatial awareness and ability to visualize complex structural systems in three dimensions.Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and coordinated BIM models.Effective communication skills for collaborating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.Problem-solving skills to address design conflicts and coordination issues within the BIM environment.Knowledge of parametric modeling techniques and best practices for creating intelligent BIM objects.Should have the ability to take the clash detection among the various disciplines and to generate the report /summary of the findings.QHSE ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. Senior Public Health BIM Modeler
QualificationsMinimum 7-8 years’ plus experience with a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering. Should be an expert in using Revit & Navisworks. Experience with Engineering consultancy company in PH discipline.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/ PH Engineering and BIM Management.Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.Business DevelopmentPresent innovative systems of work to clients/other consultants to demonstrate the companies continuous improvement. Build relationships with other design team members.Project RoleBIM Development: Lead the creation and management of detailed BIM models for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model.Model Coordination: Ensure model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins.Standards Compliance: Ensure that all BIM models comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations.Project Management: Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.Company RoleTraining and Support: Provide guidance and training to junior BIM modelers and other team members on BIM best practices and software usage.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of BIM processes, models, and project-related information.Innovation: Stay up to date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.QHSE ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, implement and follow 9E QHSE policies.Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering and BIM Management.
Experience in Middle East projects will be highly preferred.
