Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the billing team (focused on US or International markets) within the GCC, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes
Responsibility
Supervise and mentor a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support (US or International focus)
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations for billing capability
Manage workload distribution and ensure adequate coverage for all billing activities within the scope of the GCC
Oversee the billing cycle ensuring compliance with Nielsen policies and regulations and support the resolution of discrepancies or issues in billing promptly, collaborating with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing operations
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review, highlighting any material deviations form expected SLAs/OLAs
Develop and deliver training for new and existing team members on billing systems and processes enhancements
Support billing audits and internal control reviews as required
Prior experience of working on SAP (S4/ECC) or a large ERP platform
