Tradeweb Team is seeking a motivated and diligent Billing and automation specialist to support the success of our Zuora implementation, specifically focusing on contract conversion, user acceptance testing (UAT), and back testing. Following the implementation, this role will concentrate on cash matching automation to enhance reconciliation processes.


The ideal candidate is an organized great teammate with a good understanding of finance and billing systems, capable of supporting critical project tasks while ensuring data accuracy and operational success.


Key Responsibilities


Zuora Implementation Support:


  • Assist in the contract conversion process by validating contract data, ensuring accurate migration from legacy systems to Zuora.
  • Review contract terms, billing schedules, and revenue recognition rules to ensure alignment with Zuora configurations.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) by implementing test cases, documenting results, and identifying issues or discrepancies.
  • Conduct back testing to compare historical contract data and billing outputs with migrated data for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project leads to resolve data and configuration issues identified during testing phases.
  • Provide feedback on system configurations and workflows to optimize processes within Zuora.

Cash Matching Automation (Post-Implementation):


  • Work on automating cash matching workflows to improve reconciliation efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to identify problems in the current cash matching process and propose automation solutions.
  • Integrate tools and systems to align with Zuora’s cash application capabilities.
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows, fix and resolving issues as needed.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Work closely with the Finance, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on project goals and work.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives to help team members transition to new systems and workflows.
  • Provide regular updates to project leads and partners on testing progress, findings, and resolutions.

Process Improvement:


  • Find opportunities to streamline contract and cash processes, using Zuora’s features to enhance efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance and Billing teams.
