We are looking for a Bids Engineer meeting the need for smart-mobility solutions.

Your new role – challenging and future oriented
·Assist in the preparation and compilation of bid documents, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the tender specifications.
·Support the Bid Manager in preparing bid task schedules and ensuring timely submission of bid-related activities.
·Review tender documents to ensure compliance with pre-qualification criteria and assist in preparing the compliance matrix.
·Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, help in the optimization process.
·Support in conducting risk workshops and assist in identifying potential risks associated with the bid and project scope.
·Support for preparation of PM @ Mobility Gate Review Meetings.
·Liaise with internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Procurement, Project Management, etc.) and external stakeholders to gather necessary inputs and ensure smooth bid preparation.
·Prepare and compile pre-bid queries in coordination with the Bid Manager and communicate with the client as needed.
·Attend internal bid meetings, support preparation for meetings, and assist in monitoring the progress of assigned tasks.
·Assist in the preparation of the pricing schedule, benchmarking solution costs with other similar projects.
·Attend bid-related customer meetings and assist the Bid Manager in clarifying bid requirements and addressing customer concerns.
·Assist in compiling post-bid clarifications after receiving inputs from technical and commercial teams.
·Ensure smooth handover of the bid to the project management team, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and complete.
·Support the Bid Manager in implementing lessons learned from past projects into the bid process to improve efficiency and bid quality.
·Contribute to bid management audits and ensure that all bid-related activities are documented as per audit requirements.
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds
·Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in engineering, Post Graduate Diploma or Masters or equivalent preferably in electrical / electronic / mechanical engineering.
·1-3 years of proven experience in Bid/Project Management
·Experience in Signaling System for metro rails is an added advantage.
·Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
·Able to work independently and a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
·Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
