Job Description
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field preferred
- 10 to 15 years of strong experience in reporting domain with hands on experience in Designing Reporting Data Architecture, Tableau reporting, Dashboard Designing and Administration.
- Must have good experience in Visual Insight to create customized and interactive dashboards
- Extensive knowledge on I-cube based report development.
- Should have strong Performance tuning and troubleshooting experience
- Must have experience interacting with business engagement teams to define dashboards and reporting solutions to meet diverse, complex business needs
- Solid knowledge of BI Architecture, data warehouse concepts and data visualization best practices
- Highly proficient in writing complex yet efficient SQL
- Aware of Linux or UNIX.
- Familiar with standard SDLC and Agile processes
- Proficient in Oracle RDBMS and knowledge on Mongo DB would be preferred.
- Knowledge of other BI tools Cognos, MSTR, Arcadia and other BI tools would be preferable
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with caching solution
- Understanding of in memory and implementations
- Knowledge of cloud computing and deployment strategies using virtual environments
- Ability to prioritize and manage schedules under tight, fixed deadlines
- Ability to produce professional, technically-sound, and visually-appealing presentations and graphics
- Strong writing, communication, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organization skills
- Experience creating high level technical/process documentation and presentations for audiences at various levels. Experience writing/editing technical, business, and process documentation in an Information Technology/Engineering environment
- Should be able to own and manage the reporting deliverables. Managing and tracking reporting team members at offshore.
