Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Compensation BI Consultant who will be responsible for supporting the compensation needs of our Global Sales Organization at Adobe. You will play an integral role in Adobe's ongoing compensation strategy by processing results, implementing Adobe controls, assigning quotas and providing ongoing support for the commissionable employees in the field.
What you'll do
Handle compensation planning, optimize revenue generating behavior, and identify key trends/insights, enabling business partners to overachieve
Train sales team members on compensation structure, mechanics, policies, and resources, crafting transparency to personal performance and driving results
Ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales Operations, Sales Finance, and Retention Operations regarding company policies and process
Responding to Tier 1 Compensation Related Questions / Crediting rules
Handle compensation plan(s) operations and work with management to ensure accurate compensation drivers, quota targets and attainment.
Work with business managers to resolve appropriate compensation plan for new hires/transfers
Handle validations & comp submission results autonomously and continuously seek to improve existing processes
Develop and handle controls required for accurate payment of commissions
Collaborate with Comp Finance to provide accurate and timely payments to field employees
Develop, maintain and update systems and processes critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and sales team metrics.
Collaborate with Operations and Sales Leadership to improve compensation plan design
Lead projects, such as data analysis, process improvement, report building, commissions modelling
What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role is well-rounded top performer with an eye for detail who is a self-starter, has a ‘can-do’ approach, is self-motivated, and is a catalyst, for growth. You will need to partner with people and teams both locally and remotely as well as engaging in processes with worldwide teams in a matrix organization.
This is a fast-paced business environment that will draw on the superior process knowledge & troubleshooting skills, superb communication, and ability to use data to drive/influence business decision making.
Bachelors degree
3-5 years of work experience in the relevant field
Excellent communication & organization skills with the ability to deliver against tight schedule.
Adaptable, analytical, and problem solver
Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools like MS Excel, Power BI, VBA etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
