Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partnerships Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic partnerships that align with our company's goals and drive business growth. The Partnerships Lead will play a crucial role in identifying, negotiating, and executing partnership opportunities to enhance our product offerings, expand our reach, and drive mutual success for our partners and our company.
Responsibilities
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives and drive business growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships strategy, including identifying key partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, sales, legal to leverage partnerships for mutual benefit and maximize business opportunities
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partnership opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering a collaborative and productive partnership ecosystem
Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial, compliant, and aligned with the company's policies and objectives
Track, analyze, and report on the performance and impact of partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing partnership strategies and initiatives
Qualifications
4-8+ years experience in structuring and closing partnerships and deals with partners around the world (including ecosystems partners, product partners, channel partners)
Experience in developing and executing channel strategies, including partner identification, onboarding, enablement, and ongoing management
Track record of successfully managing global channels and partnerships in a fast-paced technology-driven organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
