Job Description:


Job Summary:


UPS Sales Support Team (SST) representative provides senior level administrative, customer facing, advanced organizational and technical support to UPS’s highest revenue generating Enterprise Accounts. The SST representative will research, analyze, process, compile, review, and audit report requests for over 4,500 Enterprise Account Customers. The representative will support Small Package, Freight Forwarding (Supply Chain Solutions), and Mail Innovations. Also, they will work Backoffice emails and support inbound / outbound calls with Enterprise Account Managers (EAMs).  


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Prepares one-time and recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Enterprise accounts.
  • Prepares standard / complex Quantified Business Reviews (QBRs) - PowerPoint presentations for the accounts.
  • Creates standard / complex Rate Charts using Rating Widgets, IWA tools, and Excel workbooks.
  • Provides RFX (Request for Proposals) Rate and Time-in-Transit quotes using C-Rate, C-Import, and Excel workbooks.
  • Creates Competitor PLD Formatting responses using IAS templates.
  • Updates MOPs as needed.

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Effective working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates willingness to identify and pursue learning and development opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:


  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Microsoft Excel Expert
  • Organized and dependable
