We are seeking a skilled back-end developer to join our IBM development team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software products, working with a variety of technologies and programming languages.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Seeking a skilled Python and SQL Developer to join our team, focusing on capacity management and hardware process automation.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, SQL, and data analysis.
• This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
• You will be responsible for automating processes, managing large volumes of data, and ensuring effective interlock between US and India teams

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
• Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment, particularly across time zones, with a willingness to overlap with US business hours

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience: Previous experience in capacity management, hardware process automation, or a related field is a plus.
• Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Automation: Experience with automation frameworks or tools beyond Python and SQL.
• Scripting: Knowledge of additional scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell) is advantageous.
• Work a half day overlapping US business hours to facilitate communication and collaboration between global teams
