Job Summary: We are looking for a BAAN Sales & Procurement Functional Consultant with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation and optimization of the BAAN ERP system within the sales and procurement domains, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure BAAN ERP solutions specific to sales and procurement processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, providing functional solutions within the BAAN framework.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for end-users to enhance their understanding of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop effective strategies.
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure functional accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and BAAN ERP developments to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience with BAAN ERP systems, focusing on sales and procurement.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business scenarios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project management principles.
• A team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in system upgrades and integration projects.
• Knowledge of additional ERP systems is a plus.
