• Lead the implementation and optimization of Baan Finance modules focusing on AP and AR functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for financial processes and systems.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Support ongoing maintenance and enhancements of Baan Finance applications.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to aid decision-making processes.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in finance functional roles, with a focus on Baan ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Proficient in financial reporting and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Baan ERP implementation projects.
• Certifications related to finance or ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
