Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Automation Engineer with a strong foundation in Flow Designer, Logic Apps, and core Azure tools. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player who also possesses the ability to take initiative and lead efforts independently. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can design scalable automation solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Flow Designer, Logic Apps, and Azure tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Lead automation initiatives end-to-end, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation workflows.
• Document automation designs and operational procedures.
• Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Logic Apps.
• Proficiency in basic Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams while also independently driving outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in integrating automation across enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and APIs.

Work Location:
This is a full-time onsite role based in our Bangalore office.
