Job Title: Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Marketing
Location: Sec-16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Relocation Option Available)
Reports To: Founder Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for our growing organization in the BFSI sector. As AVP Marketing, you will be responsible for driving the company’s performance marketing efforts, leading a team of 5+ marketing professionals, and working closely with our visionary founders. This is a unique opportunity to help establish our company as a category creator in the BFSI industry. You will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, introducing innovative concepts, and driving market leadership. Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives in the BFSI sector.
Lead and mentor a team of 5+ marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Collaborate with the founders and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals and sales objectives.
Category Creation & Market Leadership:
Lead the charge in positioning the company as a category creator within the BFSI industry, developing new, innovative solutions that resonate with the target audience and disrupt the market.
Drive thought leadership initiatives and build brand credibility as a pioneering force in the BFSI space.
Define and execute strategies to differentiate the company’s offerings from competitors, positioning the brand as the first choice in its category.
Performance Marketing:
Spearhead performance marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital channels to drive measurable business results.
Develop and execute data-driven campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results and ROI.
Campaign Execution & Management:
Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and performance-based channels.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Track and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to optimize future initiatives.
Data Analytics & Insights:
Use advanced analytics tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage to measure marketing performance and drive insights.
Deliver regular performance reports and strategic insights to senior management.
Leverage customer data to improve targeting, segmentation, and engagement strategies.
Brand Management:
Ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
Develop creative marketing content that aligns with the company’s mission and resonates with target audiences.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
Build strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
MBA in Marketing (Preferred)
Experience:
12-15 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the BFSI sector.
At least 5 years of experience managing and leading a team of 5+ members.
Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital channels.
Proven track record in category creation and thought leadership within the BFSI space.
Skills:
Expertise in marketing automation and analytics tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, and WebEngage.
Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Additional Competencies:
Proven track record in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies in the BFSI sector.
Ability to manage budgets and marketing spend efficiently.
Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
