Key Responsibilities:
a. Preparing various financial reports/scorecards/metrics for Senior Management.
b. Preparing Budgets/forecasts and analysis of actuals
c. Intercompany billing and handling stakeholders
d. Vendor Resources SOWs and monitoring the billing and generating various reports
e. Knowledge and experience in Financial accounting
f. Advanced skills in Excel/PPT. Additional skills like Power BI/Alteryx preferred
Required Qualifications:
• Experience: 10+ years of experience FP&A activities (preferably in IT sector)
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to inspire, lead, and manage large, distributed teams.
• Global Collaboration: Extensive experience working with global business and stakeholders.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
• CA/CWA/MBA with 10+ years of experience in FP&A
