We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP – Client Delivery Portfolio Office


Principal responsibilities


  • Works with Client Delivery Portfolio Office Team and Regional Heads to support the Portfolio Planning.
  • Carries out initial assessment / analysis into new client initiatives to determine the most appropriate programme set up and team design. Drives / Supports the programme mobilisation and start up and determines ‘landing’ slot based on supply and demand management.
  • Supports RFP responses to clients and pitching process, on behalf of Change and Onboarding; delivers these in close partnership with Client Management and Product teams.
  • Creates and maintains Programme Delivery materials for presentation to clients as part of the pitch process, to ensure consistency.
  • Drives / Supports governance and oversight of the client change and onboarding delivery budgets and resource allocation across the function.
  • Provides oversight of the Client Programme Delivery Risk Management review updates and assist with deliverables / actions.
  • Supports delivery and oversight of client change fitness Reviews/Project Health Checks across the portfolio of change and how these recommendations are implemented across the function.
  • Participates in the client change delivery processes/reporting for the Client Change and Onboarding area to create a best practice for change and consistency of reporting to clients.
  • Drives and maintains communication strategy for Client Change and Onboarding both internal and external.
  • Drives / Support governance that is accountable and meaningful, supporting delivery and aligned with Group practices.
