Automation CoE in Controllership is playing a key role in creating state of the art automation solutions. We have a strategic seat at the table and our unique insights are valued in a highly competitive marketplace and increasingly complex finance environment. This team integrates human thinking with machine efficiency to deliver process excellence. The team works to understand processes, automate repeatable, rule based manual intensive tasks, create analytics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness by various tool integrations and processes reengineering.

Purpose of the Role: Automation Engineer would be responsible for design, develop and test automation solutions. Primary skills required for automation is good working experience on selenium library and exposure to robot framework and its common libraries.

Automation Engineer would also work on machine learning and data science use cases using python as primary language. Should have working experience on python using basic libraries required for data mining, visualization, and modelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders to understand their data analytics & visualization requirements
• Manage end to end project life cycle including requirement gathering, design solution, development and coordinating UAT.
• Work as Subject Matter Expert on selenium library
• Understand business drivers & contribute to continuous improvement by expanding on our reporting capabilities through automation, consolidation of metrics / parameters, incorporating intuitive analysis and recommendation or by creating new intuitive technologies etc. by leveraging information using different tools to create reporting solutions
• Is responsible for and ensures compliance and regulatory requirements of the process
• Independently handles customers/ stakeholders for any queries
• Independently handles issues in projects and drive solution across multiple stake holders

Experience: 3-8 years of UI automations using Open-Source Tech Robot Framework and is aware of use of selenium libraries and experience on RPA or RDA

Technical Skills/Capabilities:

• Has worked on UI automations using Open-Source Tech Robot Framework and is aware of use of selenium libraries
• Experience on RPA or RDA automations or both
• Programming knowledge of any one language: dot net/Java/Python
• Exposure to Agile development methodology
• Should have technical bend of mind
• Data Interpretation, visualization, and reporting
• Knowledge of Python Regression, Classification, Clustering, Forecasting and Text Analytics
• Basic understanding of DevOps like Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD, PaaS
• Understanding of Java Build using Maven, Gradle. Exposure to Camunda platform/BPMN flows
