This role centers on designing Microsoft-centric solutions, requiring enterprise-level expertise in technologies such as Audio-Visual systems, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and other end-user solutions. Responsible for resolving complex Audio-Visual and Unified Communications network-related issues across the enterprise. What will you be doing?

• You will be capable of include providing technical incident, problem, and configuration support for Audio-Visual systems, the Microsoft Teams platform, and Teams-based telephony services.
• You will also configure policies for Windows Autopilot, device provisioning, and user profiles, and lead the enrollment of Windows and Android devices in Intune for Teams meeting rooms. Additionally, the role includes configuring, operating, and solve AV systems, and diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues related to AV equipment, including control systems, signal processing, and network components.
• Requires collaboration with IT and facilities teams to integrate AV solutions with enterprise networks and digital collaboration tools. Furthermore, the specialist will stay ahead of technological advancements and updates to user applications within the Unified Communications platform. Involves representing the Client Services team within GBS, collaborating with IT on Change Management and Problem Management processes.
• Configure, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems. Enroll and manage Windows and Android devices in Intune. Implement policies for device compliance, conditional access, and security baselines. Manage software updates, patches, and endpoint configurations.
• Configure policies for Teams Windows & Android device. Management of Voice routing policy, Auto Attendant, call queue, collaborative calling etc. Management of Teams Phones. Management of telephony over Teams.
• Supports audio visual and video conferencing equipment as it related to integration with Office365 and the Smith & Nephew Video Conferencing team. Attend meetings with Change Management, key solution partners, and Smith & Nephews teams and provide support as necessary. Work within the IT Client Services teams and assist in continued operation support and features enhancements of Teams Platform, supported services.
• Familiarity with Windows older & newer version & OS like Mac in order to support the client usage of Teams. Familiarity with AV control systems such as Crestron.

What will you need to be successful?

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology / Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
• Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 3days in a week.
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of Experience in AV support, technical operations, or IT/AV systems management.
• Unified Communications, Teams Platform, Telephony Over Teams, office 365. Experience with Windows Autopilot and cloud-based device provisioning. Knowledge of Azure AD, Group Policy, and Conditional Access policies.
• Domain Expert on the following: AV systems, Unified Communications. Teams Platform and Telephony Over Teams.
• Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm and focus under pressure and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicators.
