We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role ofAssurance Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Plan ESG assurance reviews in cooperation with content, risk and/or data owners to agree assurance approach and scope.
• Co-ordinate and actively participate in conducting fieldwork as part of the ESG assurance reviews which includes:
• Ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, standards, and frameworks. 
• Reviewing and testing of processes and controls. 
• Identifying and highlighting weaknesses in the design and operation of controls and control gaps.
• Reviewing of disclosures to ensure that they are true and fair.
• Draft ESG assurance review reports for circulation to senior stakeholders within the bank.
• Communicate issues identified through ESG assurance reviews and agree remediating actions with the action owner(s).
