Role & responsibilities

• End to end recruitment.
• Sourcing of Candidates.
• Understanding the needs of the stakeholders and scheduling the interviews.
• Preparing offers and offer discussions.
• Analytics and sharing the dashboard with Business Leaders.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Manufacturing Industry.
• Looking for candidates who are interested in building a career in TA vertical.
