Job Description

1. Plan & supervise the overall activities of analysis center for Quality management customer India to facilitate investigation of parts & development of new quick checks


2. Oversee the machinery, equipment & revenue planning for complete QMC-IN for each financial year


3. Define the safety concepts related to test rig/testing & adherence for new test setups and ensure all internal quality audit requirements for lab are met (EHS/5S) Address the escalations & non-compliance cases and ensure its resolution for lab related topics


4. Provide legal and documentation guidance for packaging and dispatch of parts to various locations Ensure periodic scrap disposal is followed as per defined guidelines


5. Supervise subordinates for adherence to maintenance & calibration of equipment's / tools


6. Plan and give training to custodians / new joiners and other related stakeholders on testing method, equipment's and products to ensure knowledge enhancements efficient utilization of resources


7. Manage a small team for administrative & functional topics to ensure effective work output


8. Plan spare parts and adequate stock-keeping of to ensure no stoppage of test equipment's



Qualifications

Bachelors degree in engineering in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Industrial engineering with 8 to 10 yeras of experince



Additional Information

- Experience in an automotive industry with a expertise in a component testing, vehicle testing & basic quality management


- Advanced skills of using data analytics & visualization tools (Power BI, Excel) *


- Advance communication skills & decision making skills
