The Global Operations Centre (GOC) assist to drive high quality engineering services into a globally consistent platform aligning with UBS pillars, principles, and behaviors. They support across 14 service line areas (Pillars) including incident management, risk management, maintenance management, change control, vital signs monitoring, and more to follow. 


Scope of services include:


  • Assure adherence to established processes focused around MCF pillars
  • Collaborate with regions to increase efficiency and centralise existing processes
  • Help stakeholders meet overall group goals through centralised support
  • Simplification by alleviating administrative burden from regional operations teams
  • Track and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Innovation by identifying inefficiencies and providing solutions
  • Responsible for managing the Mission Control GOC staff and processes within the region. Coordinates with other regional Mission Control GOC leads to ensure coverage.
  • Collaborates with Central Office in the management of the incident and risk frameworks.
  • Manages 3rd party audits within region.
  • To initiate and complete projects independently.
  • Coordination with regional associates for 24x7 coverage.
  • Manage all the programs activities follow the incident & escalation framework.
  • Identification of risks, problems and events resulting from incidents .
  • All associated documentation related to MCF Operations are maintained accurately.
  • Ensuring the SLA is met as per the expectation of the Client.
  • Coordinating and issuing weather alerts.

Basic Qualification:


  • Experience - 3 to 4 years preferably from FM Industry 
  • Education - Engineer preferably from Electrical background.
  • Office Time:  In shifts (7 am to 4 pm & 8 am to 5 pm)
  • It is a global role therefore the candidate must be good in communication written as well as oral.
