Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:  

• Provide necessary supervision support to customer for erection/ commissioning and troubleshooting of Comminution products like: Sand Wash Plants, Crushers etc...
• Provide on-site training to customer.
• Perform hands on site troubleshooting, servicing and repairs by coordinating with CFT.
• Preparation of service reports and communication with customer to ensure satisfaction with CFT support.
• 100% Adherence to company's digital tools Like : FSM, SAP etc.
• Maintaining the record of necessary and mandatory spares parts for all our installations and sending periodic reminders to customers' to maintain the spares inventory at site.
• Preparation of Roaster visit plan & implementation to develop concept of "Annual Service Contracts & health Audit" schemes.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

Qualification

BE Mech/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience : Minimum 6-8 years of experience in field service of Comminution Products like: Crushers and Sand Wash Plants.

Skill sets

• Hands on experience on Erection & commissioning of equipments, no load & load trials and successful handover of site to customer team.
• Sound knowledge and Understanding of Engineering documents like: Layout, Civil Footing Drawings, & electrical SLD's.
• Should have excellent knowledge and understanding of the application and process.
• 100% adherence to company's SHE compliance.
• Should have good command on verbal and written communication both internal & external
• Should have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills both internally and externally.
• Should have good acumen towards maintaining all necessary records.
• Should be willing to travel across India as & when need arises.
