We are focused on building solutions that enable B2B customers to find, research, and buy products and services from a vast selection, across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions. Our customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). Our B2B customers have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer so we are reinventing everything from how we acquire our customers, display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
The Amazon Business team is looking for a customer obsessed, think big, result-oriented Sales & Marketing leader, who will drive acquisitions and engagement of MSME businesses on Amazon. The person will lead a team of sales and marketing associates to manage acquisition/engagement channels of tele-sales and digital marketing (all channels: onsite visibility, out-bound channels, Paid Search and Paid Social). The person will be responsible for designing and building new acquisition programmes and executing campaigns focused on increasing customer acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate should have a passion for and deep experience in Marketing and should be able to multi-task multiple programs and projects at one time. The candidate will own both topline revenue from newly acquired customers and bottom-line cost (marketing cost to acquire the customers), thereby ensuring ROI efficiency across all acquisition channels.
Key job responsibilities
As an ASSR Sales and Marketing Leader, you will be having the opportunity to-
• Lead a team of highly skilled Sales/Marketing professionals and managing agencies who engage with MSMEs from prospecting, acquiring and driving account growth.
• Build customer acquisition channel strategy and drive leadership level alignments on the same
• Creating Go-to-market acquisition and engagement plans for all channels
• Build scalable performance marketing channels to reach and engage with the customers (eg. Search, Social, Tele-marketing, Email outbound)
• Liaise with central Marketing teams to improve visibility of business benefits to aid in SMB acquisition and engagement

- Experience and understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India and exposure to prior interactions with sellers and distributors
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Experience managing teams
- Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to achieve goals
- Experience leading stakeholder engagements and presentations with senior and international leaders
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
- MBA
- Experience developing delivery methodologies
- Experience influencing C-level executives
