We will count on you for:
- Lead Payroll Projects and ability to work on multiple assignments.
- Ability to conduct Workshop Sessions independently and handle Customer queries and Address on time.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Payroll module to meet the specific needs of the organization.
- Ability to Work as a team and coordinate the deliverables with other Consultants.
- Deliver solutions for in scope Payroll, Reporting/ Dashboards related Payroll for implementation.
- Identify scope, scope gaps & get them addressed.
- Identify right stakeholders in the project.
- Communicate & collaborate with project internal / external stakeholders for project success & plan inputs.
- Leading or participating in Workday implementation projects from planning to execution.
- Gather and document requirements, assess complexity and level of effort estimates, prioritizes capacity, and defines development and analysis timelines.
- Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in Workday feature releases, security, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Mentor and Coach team members.
- Being flexible to work in multiple time zones, multiple teams.
- Drive Ops excellence culture and lead transformational project(s) with clear visible and measurable impact.
- Responsible for driving initiatives and ensuring results with a confined focus on timelines and quality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing the organization's use of the Workday platform to enhance business processes and achieve operational goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of Workday implementation, upgrades, and ongoing optimization projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage a team of Workday professionals, including analysts, consultants, and developers. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure team success.
- Payroll Requirements, Definition - Investigate the business / technical requirements for the client’s Payroll needs, work collaboratively with business analysts and architects to clarify requirements and to achieve a consensus on the organization's needs and priorities.
- Provide an overview to the client on Payroll capabilities of Workday
- Design the Workday solution to meet the needs.
- Should have strong Payroll Configuration knowledge.
- Conducting sessions with client personnel to verify the required aspects of the payroll; help them fill up Payroll requirements template.
- Application Testing – Assist clients with the testing of the delivered reports. Testing is driven by the scenarios from the client team.
- Production Support – Includes the practices and disciplines of supporting the Workday solution for a period of time post deployment.
- Production Rollout – Assist with the rollout of the Workday solution into the production environment.
