The Global Marketing function is focused on supporting the strategic and revenue growth priorities of the Bank. The function focuses on understanding customers and the identification, development and execution of Marketing strategies, campaigns and activities that support and strengthen the HSBC brand, support the drive for revenue and increase customer value and satisfaction in order to meet agreed targets and objectives at both a global and market level.


This role will be part of Digital Marketing function and will be responsible to manage all operational activities and provide analytics support to the digital acquisition team for lead and funnel management.


Principal Responsibilities


  • Facilitate the digital acquisition team enabling them to achieve targets - Assisting in acquiring/ processing of opening digital NTB accounts
  • Manage end to end pre-onboarding referral cases and ensure timely closure of these cases thereby ensuring seamless onboarding of the customers (maker and checker activities)
  • Monitor and analyze operational processes to identify areas of improvement
  • Manage end to end funnel and liaise with internal teams to meet SLA for account onboarding
  • Lead Management, assigning and tracking leads, ensuring proper closure in CRMs with apt narration along with the call center team
  • Maintaining Daily Report, Sales reports (YTD / MTD)
  • Co-ordinating with operations team and cross functional teams for post onboarding activities to track closure on all accounts sourced digitally and optimize operational efficiency
  • Complaint Management- ensuring e-helpline update, closure of complaints before TAT
  • Compliance with Audit requirements - KYC & NON KYC
  • Comply to all relevant AML regulations & Global Standards
  • Comply with the applicable laws, regulations, Group and local policy related to Sanctions and AML policy of HSBC while undertaking various day to day operations
  • Reporting the non-compliant cases to the internal teams to meet regulations and audit requirements
