Principal Responsibilities 


  • Driving volumes & revenues for the INM FX Function across WPB Business Units – GCB, Branch Banking, RBB ensuring we are able to cross and overachieve our financial plans
  • Drive Customer Awareness driving, tracking and implementing campaigns for making customers useage easier
  • Using Existing Communication Channels – Emails, SMS, Whatsapp , Inapp
  • Driving digital amplification with social media
  • Getting requisite approvals from marketing, propositions, Data Analytics and other connects to drive and track campaigns effectively
  • Staff Training & Awareness - Ensuring correct pitch and knowledge for FX for the INM WPB staff across FX platforms
  • Driving new initiatives for Product Enhancement & Process improvement / simplification connecting with multiple stakeholders across product, legal, risk, marketing, customer experience and other departments
  • Alignment and representation of INM with global teams on FX initiatives connecting across markets and FX central teams on global money, international services and FX.
  • Identifying and Onboarding strategic partnerships & identifying events for achieving business goals – financial, customer experience & regulatory
  • Working very closely with Markets, Treasury, DBS Remittances teams, Global Teams to drive Superior customer experience
  • Higher FX penetration across corridors working with Global FX teams
  • Ensuring controls and compliance for FX / FEMA guidelines and regulations
  • Ensuring regulatory reporting structure is followed and aligned with DBS & Regulatory Reporting Team
  • Stakeholder management with product, controls, compliance and legal to drive technology changes as per regulatory requirement
  • Facilitate and manage customer complaints, and do a root cause analysis to solve for transaction banking issues and implement process improvement to drive better customer experience
  • Stay updated on the latest regulatory or policy changes in India and priority markets (UK, Canada, MENAT, Singapore, HK, USA and Australia), especially as they relate to Cross-border
