Role Description
Working within our Design & Engineering teams, you'll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening up public places that bring people together.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide multi-disciplinary leadership for the key account/projects of Arcadis Energy Transition business, establishing and consolidating relationships across Arcadis and our client base, taking ownership for the delivery and associated quality.
- Ensure effective project/program management and financial controls for key account/projects.
- Lead a multidisciplinary key client/projects account team, being responsible for the project performance, culture, innovation, and growth.
- Develop a strong working relationship with key stakeholders/ clients, establish effective channel of communications and actively influence the growth of the team.
- Ensure seamless delivery, implementation of Project Management responsibilities and Quality assurance.
- Support on pursuits/ tenders for the key account/framework.
- Manage resourcing, plan workforce, and proactively identify future recruitment needs for respective key account/projects.
- Understand and lead the promotion of the HS&W culture of the business within your discipline.
- Provide guidance to the team members to meet the changing needs toward innovation and growth, adoption of future trends and technologies, driving standardization and automation.
- Guide regional team/ clients through the decision-making process and provide alternative solutions as required.
- Compliance of Arcadis business management system.
- Undertake (as required) senior project roles to lead the delivery of major projects.
- Roles at this level provide inspiring leadership to our people and support them to realise their potential.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as required from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience
- Have a BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Have a strong understanding of the principles of commercial and project management.
- Awareness and applications of Digital tools, BIM and Information management.
- Cultural awareness and experience of working as part of international project teams
- Possess a sound understanding of the principles of sustainable design.
- Be focussed on health, safety and all dimensions of people welfare
- Have a strong focus on designing and deploying effective project delivery processes.
- Be capable of building credible peer-to-peer relationships with other senior stakeholders.
- Familiar with international standards and practices.
- Be experienced in delivering projects in a design & build and client-side environment from feasibility and concept stage through detailed design delivery.

- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
