The Experience
Joining the dynamic field of consumer Claims, health, regulation, and sustainability at Colgate is a thrilling opportunity, especially as a member of the Supplier Compliance team. Our dedicated team is committed to ensuring the regulatory compliance, claims integrity, and sustainability of Colgate-Palmolive’s products, solidifying our reputation for reliability and excellence.
Your role involves:
Overseeing all supplier compliance processes, ensuring all roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and met.
Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all compliance-related activities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Maintaining strong relationships with internal collaborators, including Procurement, Knowledge Management, GTC, and Legal.
Interacting with suppliers to address challenges in information exchange and share outcomes with global procurement teams.
Knowledge and Documentation:
Demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of Colgate-Palmolive's raw materials and maintaining relevant documentation.
Tracking and controlling quality processes, implementing improvements as needed.
You are a Leader and regulatory expert:
Detail-oriented, with robust analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with diverse business sectors.

You connect the dots:
Ensuring data precision is crucial, so you'll verify information to maintain consistency across different products and processes. Adapting to the changing landscape of consumer claims and regulations, you'll seek innovative ways to handle and communicate regulatory data. You will also integrate sustainability initiatives into compliance processes, ensuring our products meet global sustainability standards.
You are a collaborator:
You will support the Procurement and EHS team by providing accurate data and insights. Work with internal teams to ensure that our compliance practices are robust, sustainable, and aligned with our commitment to sustainability initiatives. Partner with external regulatory bodies and scientific organizations to stay informed of new developments, guidelines, and sustainability standards.
You are an innovator
In a constantly evolving regulatory environment, you'll develop new methods to improve our compliance systems, integrate sustainability initiatives, and contribute to the regulatory success and sustainability of our products.
Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharma, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Foundation in chemical regulations, environmental science, or occupational health.
Proficiency in IT tools, including SAP EHS module/PDM capabilities, is highly regarded.
In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in products, along with their environmental and human safety profiles.
Experience with consumer products is beneficial.
Familiarity with our company's data usage and sustainability standards is a plus.
Strong project management skills and the ability to work optimally with others.
The capacity to navigate complex situations with a positive attitude.
