Job Responsibilities:
Provide basic guidance to hiring managers on best practices for hiring.
Host candidate interviews and lead interviewer feedback sessions.
Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through social media and professional networks. Post jobs through the applicant tracking system in alignment with job posting guidelines.
Extend job offers and negotiate offer terms with candidates to facilitate offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related roles/responsibilities
Fixed term - 6 months
