Job Description

As a Systems Analyst, you will be part of our People Technology Operations team to help monitor, support and enhance our HR platform in an agile environment. You will work independently with minimal insight to monitor and support HR applications to Visa’s high standards. As part of this self-driven team, you will have total ownership of the solutions we provide for our HR and Learning customers making availability, performance, security, and reliability critical to our success. You will work with colleagues, who will support and challenge you daily. Essential Functions:


  • Strong technical communication skills along with effective collaboration skills
  • Exceptional problem solving and time management skills and highly detail oriented
  • Create conceptual approach, technical analysis and plans for development, unit testing, deployment, and support activities
  • Collaborate with Development & QA staff on individual and team deliverables
  • Comfortable working in a loosely structured, fast-paced organization
  • Build working relationships with global and virtual teams on software development
  • Identify opportunities for future enhancements and refinements to standards and development methodologies.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.



Qualifications

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2 - 4 years of work experience in Biztalk administration
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience with SaaS and externally hosted applications
  • Azure Logic Apps support experience is an added advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple priorities under pressure
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experienced in generating reports, creating configuration items, and conducting Application criticality rating reviews using ServiceNow
  • Experience working effectively with business and IT staff in multiple locations and in a multinational environment is very strongly preferred
  • Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues. Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb, analyze, and understand new information, technologies and practices quickly
  • Exceptional communication and customer facing skills, able to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users. Active listener, customer focused, relationship builder, team player
  • Understanding of project management, SDLC, risk management, quality engineering
