Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Oracle SCM Functional

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 5+ years
• Strong experience in a consulting environment with Oracle Cloud Fusion Applications or Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Proven experience in Oracle Fusion SCM functional and Cloud implementation projects. Successful experience as an Oracle Cloud functional consultant on at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
• Experience with business processes around and in implementing the following Oracle Cloud modules: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and touchpoints with Finance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective interaction with team members and clients through in-person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate.
• Ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
• Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
• Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
• Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
• Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
• Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
• Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
• Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
