Associate Staff Engineer, DevOps

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience 5+ years
• Strong working experience with Devops in AWS CDK (Cloud Development Kit) and CloudFormation for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Good understanding of TypeScript for managing and automating cloud resources.
• Having In-depth knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines on AWS.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Istio for service mesh implementation.
• Experience with AWS CI/CD tools such as AWS CodePipeline and AWS CodeDeploy.
• Proficiency in observability tools for monitoring and troubleshooting Java/Spring Stack applications
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs
• Passionate about building great solutions
• Mentoring the team members to meet the client's needs and holding them accountable for high standards of delivery detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents and design.
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on the security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
