About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for the Social Media Marketing and Analytics team that is in charge of the analytical strategy behind our content decisions and impact measurement. Awareness of digital & social media trends and the necessary skills to analyze, strategise & execute them while working multiple geographies will be needed.
Apart from planning, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns for the brands, the team works cross-functionally to translate the incredible amount of data on digital platforms, content consumption patterns, creator trends and digital landscapes to shape business and content decisions.
Key responsibilities:
End-to-end management of all paid campaigns across mediums, i.e. planning, budgeting, executing, optimizing and reporting for paid ads, along with performance goals, objectives and projections.
Basic experience with social media ads is a must along with experience with Display and/or E-Commerce etc.
Tracking & monitoring of relevant KPIs, and metrics, analysis of results and calibration of campaigns to maximize ROI while proactively making strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance based on the analysis.
Run ad-hoc reports pulling performance data and drawing practical conclusions to provide actionable insights for the client.
Own and distribute the given budgets across channels and the funnel to achieve the business objectives. Manage campaign expenses while staying on budget and overachieving on the targets where possible.
Have a basic understanding of the key metrics (likes, comments, views, reach etc.) across different social media and content platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, other social media networks, content platforms, mobile apps, blogs, etc.)
Clearly convey and explain paid media performance and best practices to company associates and to clients.
Keep current on emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends and new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team.
Be the custodian of all things paid media by sharing knowledge and providing suggestions on improving paid media strategies within the team.
Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences.
Provide long term support to brands for their media intelligence needs, understanding their content strategy and providing relevant insights on content performance and recommendations.
A strong sense of analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to execute deep & complex quantitative analysis is a huge plus.
The role involves market research, analysis of hard data and using metrics to back up intuition along with being able to assess the efficacy of marketing plans.
