1 . 5-8y of hands on exp of Pega with a minimum of 2y+ in Pega 8.x
2. CSSA certified
3. Participate in understanding requirements and participate in Design of the solution
4. Implement qualitative application using Pega out-of-the-box features with minimum supervision
5. Create or modify Unit Tests, when necessary, along the implementation of new functionalities
