Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and talented AI/ML Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, impactful solutions.
This role will be crucial to the development and implementation of Olympus AI/ML products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning applications in alignment with project requirements and business goals
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure data quality and relevance for modeling, such as predictive analytic, NLP.
- Research, test, and implement advanced algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- work with teams on the functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, and deploy into production environments
- Conduct experiments, evaluate models, and optimize hyperparameters to improve performance.
- Create documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience applying AI/ML to practical uses
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles
- Experience with data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka.
- Understanding of distributed computing and parallel processing.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Qualification
- Bachelors or aster's in computer science / computer engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and design
- 3+ years of experience applying AI/ML to practical uses
