Key job responsibilities
• Working on design Playbook for Home GL in terms of Style guide, overall design language and know how with all design tools to keep with the changing landscape
• Handling the browse experience of customers by working with IN imaging team to get the shoots done
• Forecasting the visual and usage trends in Home & kitchen
• Creation of inspirational graphics and copy to drive engagement
• Co-ordinating with the studio and working with the lead style for photoshoots
• Collating inputs from stakeholders and handle the shipment of products
• Handling the performance metrics of several theme stores and benchmarking the graphics for better traffic
• Needs to work on data driven decisions and recommend scale-able solutions for creating customer backward communication - timely and apt communication.
• Creates store fronts/wireframe as per customer demand
• Manage the design team to get the graphics created for multiple stores on priority basis
• Conducts experiments for amazon customers with different targeting segments by running different stories on Amazon home
• Calendarization of working with studios to ensure deliverables are created for both business as usual and event days.
· Graduate of design/art/fashion schools with 1-2 years experience
· Strong understanding of visual merchandising, especially for e-commerce channels
· Ability to translate trends into creative output in terms of curation and photoshoots
· Understanding of design tools and operations
· Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete data
· An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and rapidly-changing environment
· Solid communication skills and team player
· Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize workload
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· 2 years experience in home and decor
· Experience in managing creative output for e-commerce platforms
· Proficiency in design tools like Illustrator and Photoshop
· Knowledge and understanding of design operations
