This role will provide YOU the opportunity to manage global service requests to oversee and support the process to purchase learning, learning services, and HR services. The role encompasses working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, customers and vendors within Supplier Management scope while adhering to global standards and request management processesWe would like to speak to you if you have these experience and skills Experience - 4 - 10 YearsTriage global service requests to oversee and support the process to purchase learning or learning services and HR servicesAssist customers and requesters to ensure they have a positive customer experience.Manage work in the SNOW to ensure requests are completed and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), standards, processes and agreed ways of workingWork collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, customers and vendors and adhere to global standards and request management processesSupport and participate in projects and activities ranging from leading after action reviews (AARs) to implementing process improvement effortsCoordinate communications between the GSK customers and vendors during the requirements, development, and implementation or delivery of the proposed solutionsEffectively respond to enquiries from GSK customers and vendorsSupport the day to day relationships with third party vendors ensuring they adhere to all required standards, processes, ways of working and documentation.5 or more years of relevant experience.Working knowledge of tools e.g., ServiceNow, Ariba, SAPProven planning and organizational skills and able to multi-task and problem solveAble to prioritize multiple projects whilst ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.Attention to detail and ability to develop reports and summarize data to support business requirements.
